What do I really want to do in my life? I'm sure you've made yourself that question before and it's a really scary one. The good news is you're not alone. We asked ourselves that question a few years ago and the response from both of us was "I don't know!".
We were working full time in something which didn't satisfy us and we knew we didn't want that life. Then came the inevitable question: "what can we do?". That's when the brainstorming sessions and this story started.
We bought a whiteboard, placed it in our living room, and listed what we thought would make our life closer to our dreams. Crazy things such as running mountain races, buying a house on the beach, doing a master in coaching, starting a youtube channel or a career change came along. Over time, we refined that list and those crazy ideas became our goals.
We started establishing weekly tasks, small steps that will get us closer to our "dreamed life", and reviewing our progress every week. We named it our "weekly ceremony". After a few months, guess what? We had achieved most of our original goals so we continued adding new ones to our board.
Now we want to share with you all we've learned and the methodology that got us to this point.
